Update
RCA: On 01/09/22 between 08:00 and 11:00 a number of customers were unable to access the Learn administration pages. We have identified that one of the deployment tasks during the release was blocked by another overrunning process, and the admin pages were unavailable whilst in this state. The overrunning process was immediately stopped and the blocked tasks were restarted to restore normal functionality. We will investigate the cause of the overrunning process, and put in place restrictions

This issue intermittent issue was affecting a subset of customers and has now been resolved.

Update
RCA: Between 10:12 and 10:35 BST on 16-09-2022, a number of customers were reporting 'Hmm that didn't work' errors when trying to access the Kallidus Learn system. We had identified that there was an issue during an earlier deployment of our software. A forced reload of impacted services to clear a cache was taken to resolve the issue. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
