  Between 11:32 and 12:00 GMT on 31-01-2022 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing Kallidus Learn.

  Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that a routine deployment of an API service resulted in unexpected file locking, impacting the ability of the API to gracefully reload and service requests. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

  Access to all sites should now be back operational again as of 12:00 mid-day.
