We are pleased to confirm that the issue affecting email notification scheduling on Kallidus Learn has now been resolved. Our engineers have deployed a fix and re-enabled email notifications. Engineers are actively investigating and working to resolve an issue with email notification scheduling across Kallidus products. Customers using course deadline reminders may be receiving emails outside of their expected schedule. We have temporarily disabled all email notifications to prevent further messages entering the queue whilst we resolve the issue — any emails already processed may continue to be delivered over the next 1–2 hours. We have identified the root cause and are working to deploy a fix as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
