Between 15:57 and 16:16 (BST) on 13-June-2025, UK customers will have experienced errors accessing their Kallidus services. Kallidus engineers identified a deployment that was responsible for a breaking change to a routing service. The change was reverted, and normal service resumed. The investigation revealed an opportunity to improve the Kallidus observability platform to more quickly alert on this scenario, and engineers will work to implement this improvement in the near future.
