Kallidus Suite - Kallidus Report Scheduling issue

  • Post-Mortem

    Between 08:00-15:10 BST on 21-06-2021, an unexpected spike in requests caused scheduled reports from the Kallidus Learn and LMS products to be queued.

    Kallidus engineers identified ways to optimise the queued schedules, and all reports were successfully sent by 3pm. We have also introduced a further number of monitoring checkpoints to ensure this issue is mitigated.

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience whilst this issue was dealt with.

    Our team has now resolved the issue with our reports schedules and you should have received any report by email that you were expecting to be sent over the weekend or this morning.

    If you have any further issues or haven't received an expected report, please contact our support desk as usual.

  • Investigating

    Our engineers are investigating an issue with our reports scheduling service from both Learn and Classic LMS sites. If you were expecting a scheduled report to be sent this morning, this may currently in a queue and we are working to send these out as soon as possible.
