  Engineers are continuing to investigate the root cause of this incident. We believe this incident began at 10:20AM BST on 11.08.2021 and lasted until approximately 11:10AM on the same day. During this time a subset of Learn administrators will have been unable to access the administration component of their system.

  We will share details of the full root cause once investigations ahve been completed.

  Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue.

  Normal service has now resumed and the administration element of Learn can be accessed as expected.

• Investigating

  We are currently working to resolve an issue accessing the administration element of some Kallidus Learn sites.

  This will show to administrators as a log out loop when trying to access administration. All normal learning can be completed as usual.
