Following the completion of the scheduled Business Objects upgrade on 28th January 2025, a small subset of customers who do not use the .kallidus-suite.com URL domain to access Kallidus products were unable to access Business Objects reports from their Learn instance.
This was caused by mis-configured SSL certificates within our hosting platform for those specific domains, resulting in reports being unavailable for this small subset of customers.
Once the cause was identified, the certificates were applied and the system restarted, which restored access for those customers at 12:17 GMT on 29th January 2025. We have improved our internal processes to mitigate any future occurrence.
Thank you for your patience whilst this was resolved and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
