  14:59 and 15:18 BST on 02-07-2020 customers may have experienced difficulties logging in to Kallidus Suite applications.
  Preliminary root cause: Engineers identified an issue with availability of an Azure service which triggered an authentication error accessing the service. Additionally Azure (our platform partner) security blocked access from Kallidus systems based on the count of failed logins for the time period.
