  RCA: Summary: Between 07:30 and 08:50 BST on 30-06-2023, some users of Learn, Recruit and Sapling HR may have experienced an error upon login or when performing operations.

  Preliminary root cause: Engineers discovered that a caching resource had reached its connection limit. Resource capacity was increased to resolve the issue. Engineers have added additional alerting to prevent repetition of this scenario. Kallidus apologises for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thanks you for patience while we resolved the issue.

  Engineers have now resolved access issues for the subset of Kallidus Learn customers affected by the issues this morning. We will post an RCA here for the incident as one becomes available to us.
