Between 15:40 and 17:40 GMT on 05-02-2020 customers may have experienced slow performance whilst using their Kallidus Perform system.
Preliminary root cause: This issue was caused by slow running queries on the platform. Subsequent analysis has identified that the feedback feature of Perform experienced unusually heavy usage highlighting an inefficiency. To mitigate performance the feedback feature has been disabled and an immediate improvement in response times were seen.
We are working on optimising the feedback feature as a matter of urgency so that it can be safely re-enabled.
