Between 12:00 and 14:30 GMT on 17/12/2019 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing Kallidus Perform.
Preliminary root cause:
A routine configuration update accidentally introduced a regression. As a consequence of this, the service was disrupted whilst the back-end database systems were restarted. Kallidus engineers will review the configuration management process to introduce additional checks to prevent a similar configuration regression in the future.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or disruption this may have caused. If you have any further questions, please feel free to get in touch with the Customer Support team at https://kallidus.zendesk.com
