    Between 15:00 and 15:11 UTC on 13-04-2018, A subset of customers may have experienced difficulties connecting to Kallidus Suite applications. Impacted services include Classic LMS and Learn.

    Mitigation: Engineers received numerous notifications from monitoring, and immediately worked to remedy the issue.

    Next steps: Engineers will continue to monitor and investigate to establish the detailed root cause, and the full root cause analysis post-mortem will be posted on this status page once completed.
