    Between 16:43 and 20:10 BST on 13-08-2019 customers may have experienced difficulties logging into Kallidus Learn and Perform.
    Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that a performance enhancement to the login process caused an increase in unsuccessful logins. Mitigation steps were taken and a permanent resolution deployed on 14-08-2019. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

    Sites are now available across the Kallidus Suite products range again now. An RCA will be made available to customers in due course.

    We are aware of an issue affecting ability to log in to Kallidus Suite products and working to resolve this at the moment. Further updates will be made available as soon as we establish the cause and work towards resolving this.
