Between 00:55 and 10:22 BST 05-06-2020 customers may have experienced issues logging into Kallidus Perform or Learn.
The issues occurred periodically during this time and each disruption would have lasted a few minutes. Our preliminary root cause has indicated that there was a service issue impacting all login nodes which control the access to Kallidus systems. Under usual circumstances a node would self-repair and fail over to another whilst it was repairing, however in this case the issue impacted all nodes.
Our engineers continued to monitor and investigate and have applied a permanent resolution.
