On 23.10.18 a sub-set of Classic LMS and Learn customers may have experienced issues relating to their overnight batch processors not completing within the usual window. These batch processors have now completed and normal service has resumed. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
» UpdatedEngineers are investigating an issue on a sub-set of Kallidus LMS and Learn sites which has caused some Batch Processors to overrun. Additional information will be provided shortly.
