Degraded Service on Classic LMS

    Overnight on 07/04/2019 the batch processor for a small subset of Kallidus Classic LMS customers only partially completed. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that an exception was encountered during processing that was not fully handled. Mitigation steps were taken to fully resolve this scenario and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

    Overnight processing is now working as expected and following last night's processes, all sites are up to date and working as expected. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue and please accept our apologies for any confusion this may have caused.

  • Investigating

    Engineers are actively investigating and working to resolve the issue with a subset of customer overnight processes including batch processing on Kallidus Classic LMS. These customers likely to be experiencing slight delays in emails and other processes controlled by the Batch Processing. This is being treated as our top priority this morning and they will be progressed as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
