  Between 13:15 and 15:02 BST on 12-10-2020 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing 'All Courses' functionality Kallidus Learn.

  Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that an update to the servers handling Kallidus API traffic had a negative impact on service stability. The change was rolled back and normal service restored. The maintenance task has subsequently completed successfully and additional monitoring scenarios added.
