Degraded Service - Kallidus Identity Provider

  • Post-Mortem

    Between 08:00 and 13:40 BST on 10-06-2021 customers may have experienced difficulties creating new user accounts or editing existing accounts in Kallidus Identity Provider (KIP).

    Our root cause has indicated that a deployment of the KIP application introduced an error. After attempting to resolve the issue, our engineers decided to rollback the deployment to restore previous functionality.

    Our engineers have now resolved the issues with the Kallidus identity provider.

    We will issue an RCA for this incident in due course and thank you for your patience while we worked through the issue to it's conclusion.

    We are currently working to resolve a number of issues relating to editing accounts and the creation of new accounts with our Kallidus Identity Provider (KIP). KIP is the area of your Kallidus system that allows for manual login, creation of new accounts and other aspects of authentication.
