  RCA: Between 10:12 and 10:35 BST on 16-09-2022, a number of customers were reporting 'Hmm that didn't work' errors when trying to access the Kallidus Learn system. We had identified that there was an issue during an earlier deployment of our software. A forced reload of impacted services to clear a cache was taken to resolve the issue. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
