On the 09.05.2019 some customers may have experienced out of date data on their Kallidus Perform site, due to an error with the configuration of overnight processes. This error was corrected and the processes were then successfully processed. Our engineers took further steps to mitigate this issue and continued to monitor all systems. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
» UpdatedEngineers are investigating an issue on Kallidus Perform effecting a subset of customers. We have identified that some of the overnight import for Perform from 08.05.19 are still in the process of being processed and therefore some Perform systems may not be showing the most recent updates. We anticipate that all systems will be updated as expected by tomorrow morning. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
