Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue.
We have now corrected this defect and normal service has resumed for this area of the system, this was caused by a fault in a deployment procedure. This has been corrected and therefore mitigated.
» UpdatedWe are investigating reports of errors shown when booking onto events from the Learn interface. Administrators are able to do this on behalf of users as normal and no other system areas are believed to be affected.
This is being worked on as a priority defect and we will share updates as and when we have them.
