Between 09:13:15 and 09:15:18 BST on 17-04-2018 customers may have experienced difficulties connecting to Kallidus Suite applications. All services were impacted for a maximum of 123 seconds. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that a maximum of 123 seconds of downtime was caused by a drop in network connectivity, impacting all Kallidus Suite applications. Mitigation: The network automatically restored the connection after 30 seconds. Next steps: Engineers have put into place protection to prevent this from happening again.
