Between 13:24 and 13:46 on 03-07-2020 and between 11:04 and 16:23 BST on 06-07-2020 customers may have experienced difficulties logging in to Kallidus Suite applications.
Preliminary root cause: Engineers identified an issue with a recent code change intended to prevent a previously identified issue accessing Azure resources. The code change followed the guidance provided by Microsoft to mitigate the Azure issue, but prevented connections from closing under certain conditions. The change has been rolled back.
Our engineers continue to monitor all systems and continue to investigate the cause and permanent resolution. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
