Between 22/05/2021 - 10:00 and 24/05/2021 - 09:00 BST a subset of our customers were affected by degraded service.
This resulted in some candidates being unable to apply for vacacnies, and was also displaying an error message when attempting to screen some candidates or edit some vacancies.
Following investigation we have determined that this was caused by the searching feature infrastructure going into a read only mode.
The issue has now been rectified and we are taking action to ensure system resilience and stability.
