• Post-Mortem

  Between 09:40 - 10:32 am GMT on 21.02.2022 we enabled a piece of pre-deployed funtionality to Kallidus Learn sites. During the course of the morning's server usage, we found that some internal resources hit their limit causing a period of service unavailability.

  Due to the nature of this rollout, once this became apparent, we were able to immediately recover, by limiting access to new functionality and falling back to previously used resources.

  We are now taking steps to further reinforce these internal resources in order to support all functionality as expected.

  Normal service has now resumed and the affected sites can be accessed as normal. Details of the cause and our mitigation steps will be shared on this page in the near future.
