    Between 01-10-2018 09:00 and 02-10-2018 12:00 BST customers may have experienced degraded performance with Kallidus Reporting. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that an incorrect variable in a report gadget caused excessive queries against the reporting services, impacting reporting service performance. Once the variable was identified and modified the performance impact was mitigated.

    Starting at 09:00 BST on 01-10-2018 customers may experience slowness running and accessing reporting. Engineers are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant.
