    Between 13:38 and 13:49 BST on 29-09-2018 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing Kallidus Recruit services on EU7. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that there was a server hardware failure, impacting all systems on Recruit EU7. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
