Between 07:50-08:10 and 16:53-17:20 BST on 20-05-2021, Kallidus services were impacted by a networking issue that resulted in the intermittent availability of the Kallidus Classic LMS, Learn, Perform, Talent and 360 services.
The issue was caused by one of our cloud hosting partners performing a code deployment to their network infrastructure. The issue impacted its data centres across Europe, including those used by Kallidus, and was resolved when they rolled back the deployment.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience whilst this issue was dealt with.
