• Post-Mortem

  Between 11:00 and 12:38 on the 22nd March 2021, customers may have experienced issues launching eLearning content from within Kallidus Learn.

  This was due to an error with a standard service process, which then caused that part of the service to operate incorrectly. To remedy this, we have rolled back the failed service back to the previous working version.

  We have taken steps to mitigate any future occurrence.

  Our engineers have now resolved the issue with Learn sites not being able to launch content now.

  We will post an RCA for this incident as it becomes available to us and in the next 72 hours.

  We are seeing issues at the moment in launching elearning content from within Kallidus Learn.

  Our engineers are investigating and we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.
