Between 13:54 and 14:04 GMT on 04-01-2022, users will have experienced an error when accessing the Kallidus Perform application.
The problem occurred at the time of a failover between cluster nodes on a backend database and necessitated a restart of impacted Perform components. Additionally, the performance reviews functionality was unavailable until 15:14.
Kallidus engineers are currently working with one of our service hosting partners to identify the cause of the disruption and will update this notification once the investigation is complete.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience whilst this issue was dealt with.
