A memory issue caused a service crash that rendered the backend storage system unavailable until the service recovered. The issue occurred at 05:40, 12:00 and 13:00 and would have resulted in outages lasting between 50 and 80 minutes.
During the next maintenance window, Kallidus engineers will implement a change to address the cause of the memory issue. They continue to pursue improvements to the resilience of the backend storage system and are engaging with 3rd party expertise to investigate additional enhancements.
