    Summary of impact: Between 16:08 and 16:27 BST on 04-05-2018, A subset of customers may have experienced difficulties connecting to Kallidus Suite applications. Impacted services include Kallidus Recruit.

    Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that Internet Information Services was failing to respond, impacting the back office admin application.

    Mitigation: Engineers received numerous notifications from monitoring, and immediately remediated the issue by restarting the back office application.

    Next steps: Engineers will continue to monitor and investigate to establish the detailed root cause, and the full root cause analysis post-mortem will be posted on this status page once completed.
