Between 10:36 and 12:10 BST on Tuesday 25th August 2020 a subset of recruit customers experiences issues accessing their Kallidus systems.
The issue was caused by an underlying problem with our hosting partner for Recruit, Amazon Web Services (AWS). They experienced an outage within their storage infrastructure across data centre regions where we are hosted. This issue was not limited to Kallidus, but affected other AWS partners.
Under these circumstances, we were reliant on AWS to restore their service outage. AWS engineers will continue to investigate to establish the full root cause and prevent future occurrences.
