RCA: At approximately 08:00 on 29th February, a subset of customers experienced issues accessing the administration pages in Learn. This was identified immediately during post-deployment validation and the cause determined to be a result of incorrect caching of the authorization server used for authentication. Once identified, the cache for every affected customer was invalidated and cleared, before being re-populated with the correct values. This process was concluded at approximately 09:16. A subsequent technical investigation concluded that this was caused specifically and uniquely at application start up time, for which a patch was immediately rolled out to prevent a future re-occurrence of this problem. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
