  Summary: Between 09:06 and 09:12 (BST) on 25-09-2025, customers may have encountered an error when accessing Kallidus products.

  Root cause: Kallidus engineers identified that a newly created feature flag had been misconfigured. Configuring the feature flag correctly resolved the issue. Improvements are being made to reduce the risk of new feature flags being able to cause disruption. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience while the issue was resolved.
