  RCA: Between 11:02 and 16:05, UTC on 02-11-2022 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing Sapling UK. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that a development framework upgrade impacted admin module functionality in this release. Once reported the issue was swiftly resolved and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

• Investigating

  We are currently investigating an issue with Kallidus Sapling sites having issues accessing various dasboards and functionality being restricted.
