RCA: Between 09:00 and 13:00 BST on 25-09-2023 customers with Azure AD authentication SSO enabled may have experienced difficulties logging in to Kallidus HR.
Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that an Azure AD token had expired, impacting authentication between customer sites and Azure AD.
Mitigation steps were taken to renew the token. Additional monitoring and alerting has been put into place and the team continues to monitor. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
