Between 05:48 and 10:17 on 11-12-2024 (GMT), Kallidus HR customers in North America using Single Sign-On (SSO) will have experienced issues logging into the application.
Kallidus engineers discovered that a network change was causing a subset of requests to be incorrectly routed. Traffic was failed over to a backup network device and normal service then resumed.
This was caused by a procedural error by Kallidus. Steps have been taken to mitigate future issues with this process and tighten the change protocols.
