    Between 13:34 and 14:32 BST on 17-09-2018 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing Kallidus Learn. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that an API microservice was consuming all available resources, impacting the performance of all API’s, causing requests to timeout. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor.
