• Post-Mortem

  Between 07:36-08:11 BST on 21/07/2021, the Kallidus Learn and Perform applications were subject to disruption.

  Kallidus engineers identified that a cloud service provider had deployed an update to the virtual machines (VMs) responsible for routing API calls used by Learn and Perform, which negatively impacted network functionality on the VMs. Kallidus engineers were able to restore working service by restarting critical services on the VMs.

  We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience whilst this issue was dealt with.
