• Post-Mortem

  Between 11:35 and 13:29 on 24.03.2021 UK time, we received reports of a subset of customers experiencing issues accessing Kallidus Learn.

  Following an investigation our logs identified a pattern of errors occuring since the start of the day. From this we determined that this was due to a failed deployment to one of our services, which then caused the service in question to operate incorrectly.

  To remedy this, we have rolled back the failed service back to the previous working version. Our developers will be looking into the failed deployment to mitigate this happening again.
