  • Resolved

Both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers are now able to successfully open Business Objects reports from the Kallidus Suite.

Chrome version: 110.0.5481.100 onwards Edge version 110.0.1587.56 onwards

have the fix implemented and we would recommend updating your browser to the latest version, if this isn't already managed by your internal IT policies automatically.

  • Update

Google have just released a fix to their Google Chrome browser which resolves this issue in Google Chrome. Please update your Google Chrome browser to version 110.0.5481.100 or speak to your IT team about doing so, if your updates are restricted by IT policies.

We are still waiting for the fix to be implemented by Microsoft in their Edge browser and will update this status notification when they do so.

  • Investigating

We are aware of an issue when using the latest release of Chrome web browsers (Version 110.0.5481.78 (Official Build)) that Business Objects reports will not load, manifesting as a continual spinning progress bar when attempting to open a report after applying filters. This also affects latest Edge releases, which now run off Chromium code.

Currently reports are able to be accessed using an alternative browser (Firefox for example) or by downgrading to the previous version of the Chrome browser. Our engineers are engaging with SAP to resolve the issue caused by the browser update.
