  Our engineers have now corrected the group information for affected sites in Learn and manager names should now be back showing as the group codes and titles. Apologies for the inconvenience while we worked through the issue.

  Our engineers have identified the issue and are in the process of reverting manager groups back to their original state. We will post a further update when we know all Learn sites groups are showing good data again. Once again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this is causing today.

• Investigating

  A subset of customers with data feeds for employee data feeding into Kallidus Learn, may have noticed that manager groups titles have been updated to be import key values as titles, instead of Manager names. Our data team is working on a fix for this and we will post further updates as we receive them. Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing.
