  RCA: Summary: Between 11:20 and 11:34 BST on 25-04-2023, Kallidus Learn application availability was severely disrupted and many users would have experienced an error upon login or when performing operations.

  Preliminary root cause: Whilst the disruption started upon the failover of a load-balanced service, the root cause continues to be investigated. Kallidus engineers are working to reproduce the issue in its testing environments and have some changes planned for this week's maintenance window. This RCA will be updated as soon as more information becomes available. Kallidus apologises for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thanks you for patience while we resolved the issue.

  Access to both Learn and Perform has been restored to the affected customers and we are closely monitoring the situation for any further instances of the issue. We will be posting an RCA for this incident here in due course.
