Between 08:00 and 10:15 BST on 30-09-2021 customers will have been unable to launch e-learning courses in Kallidus Learn and would have seen an error.
Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that this was as a result of the latest deployment not including a required routing change to allow e-learning content to be loaded. Once this was identified, the correct routing was applied and normal service resumed. This deployment also temporarily switched on a preview feature for Kallidus Perform, which appeared in top navigation bars.
Mitigation steps have been taken to prevent re-occurrence.

» UpdatedOur engineers have now resolved the issue and all e-learning should be able to launch from Learn successfully.
As an associated issue from this morning's maintenance, you may notice a 'Learn' and 'Perform' link at the very top of your Learn site, even if your licence does not include our Perform product. We are working to remove this link for Learn sites now.
Thank you again for your patience while we worked through and resolved the main e-learning issue this morning.
