Between 07:59 and 09:28 GMT on February 10th 2021 customers may have experienced issues when running reports interactively in Learn and Perform. As a result there was a delay to scheduled reports being sent out between 08:00 and 12:25.
Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that there was a failure with the Web Intelligence processing servers on both processing nodes in the cluster at this time and that they did not auto-restart correctly.
Mitigation steps were taken and the team has made changes to prevent re-occurrence. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
