Between 16:45 and 18:11 BST on 30-03-2021, Kallidus Perform was impacted by a problem that would have prevented customers from saving changes.
An alert flagged on our monitoring systems lead Kallidus engineers to discover a backend storage issue that triggered a data integrity check on multiple cluster nodes, effectively taking the cluster offline for the duration of the check. Kallidus Perform remained available during this but in a read-only state.
Our engineers concluded that the system worked as intended to protect the data and verify the integrity and have disabled a process suspected of triggering the check. They continue to work with a 3rd party provider of the storage solution to provide a permanent mitigation.
