On Monday 4th October 2021 email message delivery from the Kallidus Suite of applications was subject to delay.
Engineers identified that this was caused by a configuration change that was intended to address an isolated instance, where the volume of messages legitimately being sent by the Kallidus Suite, which lead to it being blacklisted by an email service provider.
The change was rolled back and the backlog of email messages was delivered.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and thank you for your patience whilst this issue was dealt with.

We have worked to resolve this, and normal service is now resuming. Delayed emails were queued and are now being received. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
