Between 08:51 and 09:49 BST on 18-07-2018 customers may have experienced difficulties accessing Kallidus 360. Preliminary root cause: Engineers determined that a request for a large number of reports caused application resources to be consumed until the reports were finished generating. Development work is ongoing to permanently limit the impact of report generation and will be deployed as soon as possible. Mitigation steps were taken and the team continues to monitor.
