  Customers on our IDS6 identity provider solution were experiencing issues importing users in bulk via our Manager Users functionality > Import Users option. This has now been resolved and importing functionality is now available.

  Customers on our IDS6 identity provider solution may be experiencing issues importing users in bulk via our Manager Users functionality > Import Users option. Our engineers are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. Users can be added via the 'Add user' option individually, as a workaround at this time.
